The issue includes the article “Inscribed sandstone fragments of Hole, Norway: radiocarbon dates provide insight into rune-stone traditions” by Steinar Solheim and colleagues, which describes sandstones dated with radiocarbon dating by the Tandem Lab to 50 BC–AD 275.
This makes it the earliest known runestone!
